I have a problem.  I was attempting to dissolve the crystals in four quarts of honey and had placed the jars in a water bath in an oven set for 130ºF.  After 1/2 hour I then turned the oven off and left the jars in the bath and oven to cool down.  Mistake  I was using my daughter's oven and instead of turning the oven off I turned it up as high as it would go.  When I got back to pull the honey out of the oven it had cooked and caramelized.  I know you can't feed it back to the bees.  I need to know what can bee done with this honey.  Would it work as a glaze for baking hams? Mike in LA
