News item: Univ of Aberdeen and DEFRA have shown proof of concept of using
RNAi against varroa, by using it to "knock down" a critical metabolic
enzyme.

In a radio interview, the researcher, Dr Alan Bowman, suggested that the
dsRNA might be able to be fed in syrup or pollen supplement, and make its
way to the mites.
