This is actually a good way to deal with LW colonies. In an abstract 
in the back of ABJ a few years ago, it was shown that about 75% of 
the time a LW colony will accept a queen cell and get the queen 
mated. I see this every year in my mating nucs....laying worker 
colonies accepting the cell.
