Get a motorized extractor. I have lived with a hand operated one and am
experimenting on how to mechanize it. Your back, arms and various other
parts of your body will be eternally grateful. As will any sons and
daughters you might have, since I enlisted my son to help a couple of
weeks ago. He no longer answers the phone (just kidding).

Mine is a very good Maxant two frame, but I would still go with a motor
driven one.
