How do they do, as compared with the Italians? John Scott Macon, GA >> John, I had 5 hives in my back yard. 3 hives hadItalians from Wilbanks and 2 hives I had the NWC. I didnt find one hive "more agressive" than another until one of the Italians superceeded and I got a "Home Grown" queen. This hive actually produced the most honey-but it was the most agressive. I was living In Powder Springs Ga at the time which is due west of Atlanta. I found the NWC's did fine, though you have to watch them a bit more as they build up a lot faster in the spring. Hope this helped. Tim Morris
