One way is to add a neutralizer from the pet store, the other is to simply let the water sit out for several days to a week. I've seen bees use treated pool water when other sources dry up to no ill effect, and I'm sure others have as well. I have no idea what percentage of chlorine typically is used in a pool. I assume it would be a relatively safe level for the bees, but I don't know how it relates to the concentration in store bought bleach. -Tim
