Ed,

I have it on good information that you can call Columbia Gas' Emergency
Service at 800-282-0157. But you had best call BEFORE you dig! Otherwise
they can get a bit "cranky" when you hit one of their gas lines.

Who do we need to call when we have an emergency gas leak?

Thanks,
Ed
