I have heard that sun-ripened fruit and veg have glyco-nutrients
(several complex sugars which the body creates with some expenditure of
energy from glucose) which are apparently amazingly beneficial to
health. My homoeopath has started a phone-in on the subject as applied
to a huge range of health problems. Does anyone know if honey has these
in it?
