This would be the cost of a specialised company setting up the HACCP program
for Superbee Honey Inc. But you should be able to get by with a generic
program, where it is available. What not ask the National Honey Board or the
two U.S. associations to work on a generic program? That way the costs would
be divided by all of the beekeepers. Why not an International generic
program strictly for beekeepers who retail?
