Not to worry. The bees will clean out the mold as soon as the colony
gets strong enough and be in need of the combs.  However, it means that
the bees will waste harvest time in clean up.  Which would you rather
have?  It might be to your advantage to provide new foundation and take
advantage of the revenue differential.
