Thanks all for your help.  I have not had this problem before, but our
weather was very different this year too.

I have ordered a refractometer and I will compare to know and find out where
I am.  Fortunately I have some honey left from last year and can mix if
necessary.  It is ungranulated, not fermented, very "thick" and still tastes
good.
