I'm with Bob. My wife got me Adrian's book for a present a year or two
ago, and I can't see anyone who has any objectivity and a background in
science who would just ignore what he has to say.

I recommend it heartily, and if I'm not mistaken, you can order it from
him for a very reasonable price. It's one of those books which help a
person grow.
