    Are you interested in a very large database dealing with species of Drosoph
ila, especially D. melanogaster?  You can now access FlyBase, through the Gophe
r server, if you are?  It's available via the IUBio archive at ftp.bio.indiana.
edu.  Internet Gopher is the best way to access it.
