I am trying to learn everything possible about sourwood honey production
in NC. We took a small vacation to pick up bee supplies and fell in love
with the NC mountains. Does anyone know about sourwood to help guide me?
After visiting with someone on top of a mountain, it seems to be elevation
dependent??? What areas does it grow in? Thank you!
