I don't see how adding the information will cost an arm and a leg.  I want to know what I'm eating and I don't care what anyone else thinks about the product.  If I find a non GMO product for a price I like I might buy it, mayby not but I want the decision not pete or anyone else. I would even except a generic label that says for instance this product has been sprayed, picked by mechanical means, and transported from china. gives me more information, I like information. I'll even add more labels to my honey jars if it will help the consumer.
