Thanks to all of you for the help. All very good advice. This last week has
been a very frustrating one. I do not have a problem with doing all the
things required to set my business up right. The problem is I don't know
what they (Health Dept.) are wanting and neither do they. I will keep doing
my homework. If anyone has input please feel free to contact me.
