The main one will be American foulbrood.  Freezing does not kill it but
preserves it.

Government decree.  No food for human consumption in Australia is allowed to
be irradiated.  This has been brought about by pressure from groups opposed
to irradiation.  However, they are happy to use medical equipment such as
bandages and syringes that have been irradiated and also condoms.
