The main reason for the higher price of light honey is "It is PRETTIER".

Same reason most 19th century beekeepers switched from apis mellifera
mellifera
to apis mellifera ligustica was the Italian bee was "prettier" - it was
GOLDEN!

Keep up the fine dialogue.
