I'll cast my vote for the Ultrabreeze. Bought a full suit several years ago and loved it. But, as I got older I realized that one does not need to wear full armor every time one jousts with bees. So, I looked for the Ultrabreeze bee jacket. Unfortunately, Bill, who ran the business, had just died. Fortunately, after a time, his family (or someone) began making and selling them, again. I immediately bought the jacket and love it. The full suit is great on a 'bad bee day', when I have to go into a hive under negative conditions (say, to do the next step in a queen rearing cycle, which is time critical). I can wear shorts and a t-shirt underneath and be completely secure (unless I forget to fully close the zipper, duh). The jacket is great for all other occasions, when protection is more of a precaution than a necessity. There are just two things I wish they had: 1) thumb hooks for putting on gloves (I just grab the hem in my palm), and 2) a hive tool pocket.

Bill
