Surely this is a classic sign of DWV.  We know that if the virus is not
present then colonies can carry very large loads of varroa without these
symptoms being present.  I thought that we had moved on from early thinking
that the deformities were caused by varroa feeding on the larvae, to an
understanding that the presence of DWV is the real culprit.
