Hello,

I have seen 'fat-free' on the honey at the local
grocery store here in Ontario Canada.  It was packaged
by Billy Bee Honey from Toronto I believe.

Perhaps someone could contact them and find out how
they are able to do this...  There web page address in
www.billybee.com   If I find out more I will write it
to the list...
