Thanks to those of you who have already responded.  One request, could you
provide a bit more information than "the state requires registration".
Does the state register hive locations or just number of hives?  Are there
any distance/spacing requirements?  States vary widely, and its of interest
to know a bit more about how each state handles registrations.  The issue
of no dollars to administer/oversee/inspect is rather common.
