Hello fellow beekeepers.

I have a question: After extracting, i melt my cappings wax and i get a few buckets with honey on the bottom and wax on top. I'd like to give this honey back to the bees, but i want to make sure there is not a problem with this. The honey has been subject to a temperature of 90 Celsius for about an hour. What about HMF (i hope i remember the correct three letter combination here)?

Is there a problem with feeding this to the bee?
