I am wondering if you have resistance to fluvalinate in Cz. If so,
please will you find out what the actual chemical is.

Are you sure -this would mean a second treatment with fluvalinate, which
would be OK if your dose was less than ours.
Do you use lactic or oxalic acid - or open mesh floors?
