In SW Missouri, I have never seen bees work crown vetch or red clover
which is commonly sown in pasture. I have noticed that towards Bolivar,
Missouri, the highway department seems to be planting more flowering
plants (native species?) along the newly built highway 65 right of way.
I've never seen much birdsfoot trefoil here either but I do understand
that overgrazing is tough on it.
