>  As mentioned before, I use two 100 watt light bulbs as a heat source, but to keep the temperature even, I also run a small computer fan that moves the air past the light bulbs and around the chamber.  It is controlled by an old bimetallic thermostat that I had to adjust to have it hold 100 degrees F

I used to use light bulbs, but when they burn out (frequently) you can come back and find the honey is still cold!

Tubular 3' heaters last forever and give a very even heat.
