Well the swarm season has started in the middle GA area. I found a nice
swarm this afternoon hanging about 4 feet off the ground on a small tree. I
put a hive box on the ground and raked them in a cardboard box then
transferred them to the hive box. The girls that missed the box hit the
ground lined up and marched to the hive box so I guess I successfully got
the queen. I hope this means that a necter flow is about to begin.
