There is an extensive article in the July issue of Bee Culture that defines
current standards of Raw Honey. It was written by Micheal Meyer, a
producer/packer from MO. There are some standards, and some ill defined
standards that apply to retail, and wholesale honey, and others that apply to
honey sold bulk to industrial users. It also suggests some imporvements that
could be made to these standards.
I will be happy to send a copy to anyone wishing one, so they can at least
see what is, and what isn't with this product before they spend lots of
energy on the subject.
Send an email message to me directly, not the list, at [log in to unmask]
