        If you want to contact IBRA over Christmas:
 
        IBRA receives e-mail through the use of a modem, which will be
        switched off over the Christmas holiday - from 19 December until
        the 3 January.  You can still send us e-mail during this period as
        it will be held on Cardiff University's mainframe - it just won't
        be seen by us until after the new year.
 
        The offices here will be closed from Sat. 23 Dec-Tues 3 Jan 1995.
