I think you have misunderstood my question, or I have misunderstood your
reply.

I understand the concentration rate of the chemical mixed with water but my
question is, what was the application rate?
If a chemical is mixed at twice the concentration used in the field but
applied at half the rate per hectare the application rate of chemical per
square inch or per flower of per bee is the same.
