I have extracted fall honey up in Indiana (in late September) which was a
dark honey with a richly robust flavor not unlike sorghum.  Personally I
like the dark, robust honeys better than the water white legume sourced
honeys.  I would hate to think that the honey mentioned above was
disqualified simply because Mr. Dean has not experienced the dark fall
honeys that are available.   MIKE
