According to this NZ study honey has some anti-aging properties.  http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2007/10/04/can-you-use-honey-to-stay-young.aspx

What surprised me was Dr. Mercola's allegation that a good chunk of US honey is based on HFCS.  Anybody have 3rd party references on this?
