I answered Dick's questions and gave him the figure that really matters.
What I wrote above was simply an offer to those who want details that no
amount of typing from my part will give. It is no different than offering
someone to email me privately to converse more intimately. There is a
certain amount of impersonality in emails that I find can get misinterpreted
a lot.
