Have you tried breaking the seal between the bottom bx and floor with your
hive tool, leaving the hive tool in to stop full re-sealing along the edge
furthest from you,  then standing over the last box so you can grip the
bottom board near you between the toes of your boots and slightly twisting
as you lift?
