Can you please give us a site confirming that?  Also, could you clarify which "Food Safety Bill" you're referring to?  There are 27 bills in this session for the US House and Senate that include the keyword 'food safety' in the body and 10 that specifically use 'food safety' in the title.  Many of those are closely similar and will probably be merged in any final version but until they're merged, they must be tracked independently.
 
None of the versions that I've seen are reported as even being out of sub-committee, much passed by either House or Senate.  The Thomas library does run a day or two behind, though.  Thanks any clarification you can point us to.
