Yes, Hepburn really knows his stuff. Like to meet him someday. But -- I am a
big proponent of Northern Bees. I would put my eggs in that basket.
Especially for northern beekeepers who want to avoid bees from the south
altogether. 

Bear in mind that that the hoarding instinct and the ability to over-winter
is strong in European bees, and the instinct to abscond and migrate is
strong in African & Asian bees.
