The link to the guideliness is actually in the last line of at the 
bottom every post sent to list members, including this one.

The link leads to a series of pages which evolved to answer 
various questions which have comem up over time.

I have wondered if anyone reads the footers on every 
message since it starts with a repeating ad for our sponsor.

We are graciously hosted by the company which produces
