Whenever I've had any question about the possibily of AFB on a comb, I've
sent a chunk to the USDA lab at Beltsville, MD.  They are good people and
have been very prompt about getting the diagnosis back to me.  If you're in
the USA,  you could hardly have a better place to get such diagnoses.
