    Allen,

I am familiar with your 'under the hood' term and the principal pollen
producer in this part of the world. Irrespectively of the topics of
chalkbrood (you covered it well) and the illegal shipment of bees from the
continental United States into Canada, you refered to the planned program of
the upcoming 4th Annual Canadian Apicultural Research Symposium at the
Mayfield Inn in Edmonton, Alberta on January 15, 1995.

For anyone interested, I have attached the program. For further information
concerning the annual meeting of CAPA (Can. Assoc. of Professional
Apiculturists) that is preceeding the Research Symposium, or the annual
meeting of Canadian Honey Council following the Symposium, you may contact
    me by e-mail.

    regards,
