There is something I don not understand. I am not
really familiar with US laws and by-laws about
"organic" but I though one has to be certified
"organic" by an independant certifying company (itself
recognized and authorized to deliver the certification
by the US FDA) to write "organic" on his labels. Can
really everyone write it without consequences ?
