In my opinion fumagillin will work but takes serious effort and repeated 
treatments. What I have observed is when nosema ceranae has been allowed to 
reach the level half the hives go off feed the beekeeper has his work cut 
out trying to bring his bees back. Might take a full season with losses up 
to 50%.

Having tried many approaches the one most effective &* fast *in serious 
cases like above is to depopulate and treat comb then install package bees 
or nucs.

Nosema C. combined with virus is serious. Nosema A. combined with virus not 
so much.
