Right on Peter.  Until there can be a national concensus of standards, embraced by the entire organic community, the word "organic" has very little value except to those who don't understand the discord within the organic movement.  Those who don't understand the discord would seem to apply their own definition to the word, and the product, whether or not that product meets the standards they have set in their minds.
