Realising that there are many ways of answering the question of how to clean queen excluders! - I would like to read
about methods of physically cleaning them.

I have about 500 excluders, some nearly totally blocked with wax.

They have been in this state, I presume for many years - just placed on top of brood boxes when needed, without maintenance.

Suggestions please.
Did try the archives, but no reply from the server over several hours!!!!!!!!!!
