No, it not a case of lazyness, just a case of pratical beekeeping
management.   I manage my hives so I dont need to "look at 4 frames
in each box every week or so".  That kind of hive work would be
impossible for my beekeeping operation.
I dont think there is sutch a thing as a lazy beekeeper, just by the
verynature of the business.
