and email them. The problem with honey organic standards is they vary, 
not by much, but they do vary.

This is only if you eventually want organic certification.

Otherwise make up a new name for what you are doing, like biodynamic 
eco-organic and you will be fine since no one will have any idea what 
you are doing but it sounds good. Also sell high, then they will be 
assured you are doing it all correctly.

Yes, there was some, but not much, irony in the last paragraph..

And that one too.
