You would have to convince the consumer that "local bees" made their
"local honey" while attempting to explain why your honey costs more, and
I don't see that happening...they don't care.
Most see honey as honey. Some like local honey for its "healing
properties" with allergies, so only purchase local honey for that
reason....but charging more because the bees are a local strain? Pipe
dream.
