I was able to compare three used extractors (two US, one Italian built, all
10 frame motorized) three years ago when I was in the market for one. I
purchased the Maxant extractor.

It was built like a tank! Next to the other two, it made them look pathetic.
Everything about it was superbly built and the stainless steel was of a
heavier gauge. It has served me well for the past three seasons, and I am
sure it will probably outlast me (and I ain't that old).

The only way I would ever get rid of this extractor was if I was to by a
larger Maxant. You get what you pay for!
