OK, guess I'll stick my foot in it again...
This DARPA-funded scam has been going on for much too long.
It is not ever going to be an effective tool, and anybody who has read 
any news in the last four years knows that most people, places and 
things in the populated areas of Iraq/Afghan. now have explosives 
residues on their surfaces.
It continues to be touted and funded - why?
