Tim,
You should consider buying a stainless steel extractor.  With 80 hives it
may not be worth straining rust and paint out of your honey.  I'm sure you
don't want a customer (wholsale or retail ) to find it.  You can usually
find a used stainless extractor for a few hundred dollars.
