In South Carolina we have followed Dr. John Ambrose's North Carolina  
Master Beekeeping Program that is based on the Cornell model.  Dr. Ambrose  
initially had a Certified, Journeyman, Master, and later on added the Master  
Craftsman.  Look on the SC Beekeeper's web site,  http://scstatebeekeepers.org/
